The PNG and JPG of Chris look nearly identical to my eyes, although they have different file sizes; the JPG looks like it might reveal slightly more detail, but that could just be a trick of the eye or mind. The GIF is noticably reduced in quality compared to the JPG and PNG; it looks almost as if a Photoshop filter has been applied to the file.
